Achievement Grade
Course achievement grade is the grade point average obtained by adding the
final exam result and midterm contribution mark.
Grade Point Average (GPA)
Academic standing is calculated on the basis of grade point average (GPA). The
grade point is computed by multiplying the grade by the credit hours of the
course in which the grade was earned. The total number of grade points earned
in all courses taken is divided by the total number of credit hours attempted.
The result is the student’s GPA. Graduation rank is determined by the
cumulative GPA as follows:
AA-BB (80-100): Very Good
CB (70-79): Good
CC (60-69): Average
